Right now I am all about nutrients. Am I an expert? Noooooo but I know some things. This is just a little diddy about what my day FOOD wise has been looking like. It's not exciting but it dictates my mood, my energy level and my brain capability. I've decided to consume for health not indulgence for a while. I switched from eating chocolate at 3am and pretty much what I wanted to a more sensible routine.
Wake up and have a little drop of Royal Jelly on my pinky. This is the gooey stuff the bees give another Bee to make her a QUEEN! Um, do you need anymore explanation? A QUEEN! So if I eat this I can be a Queen B? I can be Beyonce? So through osmosis I became Queen Bae. I'm still getting used to the fame but I just adore my fans.
Next a shot of wheat grass. It's so disgusting. So so so disgusting but it gives you the power of the incredible hulk so just hold your nose and drink it down. Bare in mind your skin will turn Green. If you believe that I feel sorry for you.
Next a Half a cup of steel cut oatmeal topped with raw cacao seeds, flax seeds and chia seeds. Sometimes I add some Manuka Honey. Back to the Bees. Bzzzzzzzz
Next, a vital organic brown egg fried in coconut oil. And a little later some kale juice mixed with other veggies. I mix in maca root powder, also disgusting but my God this stuff works. Try it and see what happens to your energy. I also add Bee pollen. I love Bees, apparently.
I snack on dark chocolate covered almonds or red grapes and I love bananas. Walnuts & almonds. Also mood enhancers. Next, if I am stressed I sniff some lavender oil like an addict. I sniff it until I am happy and calm.
Lunch & Dinner consist of either chicken or wild caught salmon or Cod cooked in grass fed butter. I believe in eating a lot of good fats. Veggies, avocado maybe another bit of my oatmeal and another veggie drink. It's just all so exciting. I want the list now of what YOU are eating! Share...
